Fridays are concert days unless the weather is very poor. Viewing is on a first come basis but if you are over 13 years old, you can also sign up for "fan passes" which can get you up front.
B, D, F, V trains to 47th and 50th Street/Rockefeller Center station.
N, R W to 49th Street station put you in the western end of the underground Rockefeller Center concourse. At the south end of the concourse, you can reach the subway station at 6th Avenue and 47th Street . From here emerge on 6th (near Radio City Music Hall) or continue underground eastward towards the skating rink at Rockefeller Plaza.
Bus:
M1, M2, M3, M4 and M5 go right past Rockefeller Center. Get off at 49th or 50th Street.
M6, M7, M27, M50, Q32 also intersect Rockefeller Center.
